Exchange and Cancellations

We strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. To that end, we have implemented the following refund and exchange policy for our products:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • The product will only be eligible for exchange if it is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt.
  • Please inspect the product carefully upon delivery and notify us within 3 days of any damage or defect.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer negligence.
  • To be eligible for an exchange of damaged products (excluding damages caused by customer negligence), customers must notify Aroma Sphere within 3 days of receiving the product. No refunds will be provided, and the damaged product will only be exchanged for a new one. It is important to inform us within the specified time frame for the product to be eligible for a replacement.

Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our customer service team within 3 days.
  • Provide relevant details, including the order number, product description, and a clear explanation of the damage or defect.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide a return authorization if necessary.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

Time Frame For Exchange

  • All requests for exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Once the exchange is authorized, the product must be shipped back to us within 3 days.
  • Please note that this exchange policy applies only to products found to be damaged or defective.
